Our Founder

Deborah Evans Cox

Deborah is President of IgniteSpirit, LLC, a training, consulting, and coaching firm. She helps individuals be more effective and obtain desired results by improving their leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, and making lasting changes in their behavior and attitudes. Deborah has particular expertise in the fields of leadership development, teambuilding, diversity, interpersonal communication skills, change management, organizational management, and personal change. She has had over 20 years experience as an executive in major corporations such as D&B Computing Services, Xerox, and Pitney Bowes. Deborah has had extensive experience forming, participating in, facilitating, and leading teams. She has led a variety of management teams ranging from small inter-departmental groups to cross-functional representatives, and a variety of virtual and international teams across all levels of employees and management.
